About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with regional and BL teams on identified priority pursuits
- Initiate appropriate mentoring and coaching for direct reports and others in the proposal team
- Manage team’s performance to drive compliant, quality deliverables
- Lead large, complex, priority must-win pursuits from capture through to interview stage
- Provide leadership and direction for proposals
- Actively participate in Go/No-Go and capture strategies
- Facilitate color team reviews and quality reviews
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of people-management experience
- Demonstrated interest in the Architecture/Engineering (A/E) industry
- Proven ability to estimate level of effort across a range of pursuit types
- Strong understanding of proposal and presentation best practices
- Excellent writing and editing capabilities
- Proficiency with desktop publishing and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Working knowledge of collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint)
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities
