Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications – essential & RPEQ / CPEng – highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated experience in working on/managing complex multidisciplinary projects and meeting delivery requirements in the water infrastructure industry.
  • An interest in succession and long-term growth within a global organisation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively at both an internal and external, client-facing level, developing new client relationships and maintaining existing networks within the business.
  • Ability to and an interest in guiding and mentoring junior engineers and designers, contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline.
