About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead complex remediation programs for Oil and Gas clients in Colorado
  • Focus on regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience or equivalent experience/education
  • US Citizenship or permanent residency required
  • P.G. or P.E. Licensed in California or Colorado, or Texas preferred
  • 10+ years of experience within the environmental consulting industry preferred
  • 5+ years focused on Oil and Gas clients in California, Colorado, or Texas preferred
  • Experienced people manager and team builder preferred
  • Proven track record in managing environmental programs under relevant regulatory frameworks preferred
  • Experienced communicator and team leader
  • Resilient, adaptable, and collaborative in high-pressure environments
