About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supporting clients to develop and understand their sustainability & decarbonisation requirements
Developing, delivering, and reviewing whole life carbon reduction strategies for a variety of scoping mechanisms
Liaising directly with clients and designers to develop sustainability & decarbonisation strategies at the outset, implementing these from early design through to construction
Delivery of assessment certification schemes such as BREEAM and DREAM
Supporting project management and programming
Mentoring of junior staff where suitable to help upskilling

Requirements

What you’ll need

Good knowledge of the building design and construction process
Experience of undertaking WLCAs using OneClick LCA, assessment certification schemes especially BREEAM and DREAM, and sustainability appraisals
Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply it to practical sustainability solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present technical information
High attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem solving
