About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and deliver civil engineering designs from feasibility and planning through to construction
  • Provide technical input, particularly in drainage design, and support the development of junior engineers
  • Work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and to a high technical standard
  • Undertake site inspections, prepare reports, and manage technical and delivery risks on projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree-qualified Civil Engineer; Chartered or working towards Chartered status
  • Experience in drainage networks, SuDS, water distribution, flood risk, highways/pavements, and earthworks modelling
  • Comfortable using tools such as MicroDrainage / InfoDrainage, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D
  • Clear communicator with experience working as part of multidisciplinary teams
