Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provides technical leadership for a specialty and is considered to be a fully capable professional in their field.
  • Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields.
  • Makes decisions independently on technical problems and methods and represents the organization in conferences.
  • Resolves important questions and plans and coordinates work.
  • Requires the use of advanced techniques and the modifications and extension of theories, precepts and practices of the field and related sciences and disciplines.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • Candidate must be a US Citizen or permanent resident and reside within the US Mainland.
  • Successful candidate will have to pass a background check
  • Bachelors Degree in Environmental Engineering or related field (preferred).
  • 9+ years of experience in environmental investigations and site remediation (preferred).
  • Experience with CERCLA and RCRA remediation programs at complex sites (preferred).
  • OSHA 40-hr Hazardous Waste Operations Training (preferred).
  • Eligible to obtain Professional Engineering License (PE Certified) (preferred).
