Support the efficient execution of ROW projects ensuring timelines, budgets, scope, and quality standards are met
Plan, organize, and oversee ROW projects including property acquisition, land conveyance, easement negotiations, permitting, and reporting
Develop and refine strategies, policies, procedures, systems, and tools to enhance ROW project execution
Serve as liaison between internal departments, consultants, property owners, legal entities, and governmental agencies
Provide support to the ROW Project Manager: data analysis, document preparation, progress reporting, coordination of assignments
Assist in the preparation of executive summaries, presentations, and status updates for senior leadership
Ensure all ROW transactions and activities are fully documented, tracked, and compliant with local, state, and federal laws
Maintain accurate records and contribute to audit readiness and transparency
Requirements
BA/BS + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Experience in project management with a focus on real property for complex mega-construction projects or projects of similar magnitude (preferred)
Experience with acquisition of right of way, land conveyances, and reporting required to deliver these aspects in a highly complex construction mega-project (preferred)
Knowledge of interrelated aspects of real property in a design-build environment with multiple interrelated projects and functional areas (preferred)
Project Management Professional Certification desired
Ability to work Pacific Timezone hours due to client location in Sacramento, CA
