About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, direct, and execute multiple moderate-to-large scale projects and programs
Support the utility and land development for next-generation digital infrastructure
Focus on site development planning for data centers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, planners, and consultants
Train and deploy machine-learning based program and project management and delivery platforms
Build trust with the client, local communities, and regulatory and economic development entities
Drive to completion due diligence, zoning, permitting, entitlement, and offsite infrastructure processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field
8 years of experience in land development, infrastructure, or project management
Demonstrated experience with colocation and hyperscale data center projects
Licensed Professional Engineer, Architect, or Land Planner (preferred)
Advanced degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning (preferred)
12 or more years of experience in general land development, infrastructure, or project management (preferred)
Proficient with data center operations and site development and construction processes
Experience in managing client relationships and understanding their business needs
