Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for supporting the Head of rails and EC senior management in delivery and operations
Interviewing, selecting, and onboarding the right candidates
Lead the team supporting Rail projects
Identify appropriate solutions to a wide range of projects
Develop technical solutions to difficult problems
Work under general direction
Regularly report to senior management about performance and issues and suggest improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master of Engineering degree (or equivalent education) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college or university
More than 15 years of experience in Civil Engineering, UK/Middle East/US experience preferred
Knowledgeable in rail design services, associated regulations and technical standards
Ability to build consensus and relationship among business leads, management, and employees
Excellent communication and influencing skill
Good in Business Negotiation and people management
Strong managerial acumen and familiarity with business administration principles
Prioritizing and delegating task ability
Leadership skills/ability
Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
