About the role
- You are a senior content leader, editor and strategic thinker
- Define and deliver a cohesive global content and thought leadership strategy
- Lead the development of high-impact, insight-driven content
- Serve as editorial lead on complex, high-profile, multi-author content
- Partner with senior leaders across the business to identify priority themes
- Confirm that all content meets agreed editorial standards
- Lead the global content and thought leadership function providing leadership and guidance to all writers
- Write and edit senior-level thought leadership content
- Champion AECOM’s Stylebook to elevate our writing standards
Requirements
- For Sr. Manager: BA/BS plus at least 10 years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education plus at least 2 years of leadership experience
- For Director: BA/BS plus at least 12 years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, plus at least 4 years of leadership experience
- Experience working in a similarly large, complex, global organization
- Advanced degree
