Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a global content and thought leadership strategy aligned to brand positioning
Serve as editorial lead on complex, high-profile, multi-author content
Partner with senior leaders to identify priority themes
Chair and coordinate the Global Editorial Committee
Oversee prioritization, resourcing, and sequencing of content
Lead the global content and thought leadership function
Write and edit senior-level thought leadership content
Champion AECOM’s Stylebook and develop editorial frameworks
Advocate content consistency across formats and channels

Requirements

What you’ll need

For Sr. Manager: BA/BS plus at least 10 years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education plus at least 2 years of leadership experience
For Director: BA/BS plus at least 12 years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, plus at least 4 years of leadership experience
Experience working in a similarly large, complex, global organization
Advanced degree
