About the role
- Lead a global content and thought leadership strategy aligned to brand positioning
- Serve as editorial lead on complex, high-profile, multi-author content
- Partner with senior leaders to identify priority themes
- Chair and coordinate the Global Editorial Committee
- Oversee prioritization, resourcing, and sequencing of content
- Lead the global content and thought leadership function
- Write and edit senior-level thought leadership content
- Champion AECOM’s Stylebook and develop editorial frameworks
- Advocate content consistency across formats and channels
Requirements
- For Sr. Manager: BA/BS plus at least 10 years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education plus at least 2 years of leadership experience
- For Director: BA/BS plus at least 12 years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, plus at least 4 years of leadership experience
- Experience working in a similarly large, complex, global organization
- Advanced degree
