💰 $185,000 - $240,000 per year
About the role
- Lead semiconductor manufacturing facility design team to deliver projects that meet the client’s requirements
- Manage project resources, including onboarding/offboarding staff
- Host and attend meetings with clients and other stakeholders
- Identify and develop creative solutions for problems
- Manage AECOM’s semiconductor manufacturing facility design team
- Oversee and perform peer reviews and quality checks
- Develop technical and financial proposals
- Build trusting relationships with clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
- ten (10) years of relevant experience
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Architecture License (preferred)
- 10 years of relevant experience in design and/or project management (preferred)
- 5 years of experience in semiconductor design (preferred)
- Emotional intelligence and situational awareness
- Excellent communication (written/oral)
- Team leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
