About the role
- Assist in reviewing and updating OSP standards, specifications, and guidelines.
- Support development of technical schematics, drawings, and documentation for clarity and compliance.
- Implement QA/QC processes for engineering deliverables and provide audit support.
- Collaborate with governance committees to prepare documentation for expedited approvals.
- Contribute to training content development and accessibility initiatives, including multilingual support.
- Provide technical input for compliance and risk mitigation strategies.
- Participate in program-level coordination and reporting activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, or related field
- 8 years of experience in fiber optic infrastructure, QA/QC, and standards development.
- Demonstrated experience managing quality programs and develop technical documentation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a support role.
- PMP or Six Sigma certification.
- Expertise in QA/QC frameworks and governance processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS tools, and documentation platforms.
- Familiarity with OSP standards and global compliance requirements.
