Plan, direct and execute various sized projects to support our Renewables and Advanced Nuclear Department
Manage the design process from the project basis of design stage through the issuance of deliverables
Ensure seamless coordination between internal and external stakeholders
Use strong working knowledge of electric utilities and power generation to manage the full life cycle of projects
Be responsible for design, permitting, construction, community engagement, and establishing/achieving critical project milestones
Collaborate and lead project stakeholders
Identify project opportunities early and facilitate go/no-go decisions
Prepare and lead client presentations, and negotiation of contracts
Take ownership of internal project financials, staffing, legal coordination, and risk management
Requirements
BS/BA Degree in Engineering (or related discipline)
4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Professional Engineering Licensure (PE)
Demonstrated experience in delivering complex projects and/or programs with high quality on schedule and within scope and budget
10+ Years total of relevant experience, including project management and engineering
Experience in managing projects worked in collaborative model environments (e.g. Navisworks)
Proficiency in schedule development including utilization of software applications but also competence to identify predecessor data needs and interdependencies
Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience with facilitating design reviews
Demonstrated success working in a remote team environment
