Business Development Representative
Advisor360°Business Development Representative generating qualified leads for Advisor360°, a fintech SaaS platform. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, educating clients, and tracking leads in CRM.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate qualified opportunities for Advisor360°’s platform
- Educate prospects on the value of modern wealth management technology, including advisor efficiency, operational scalability, and improved client experiences
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the Account Executive team
- Research and identify key decision-makers within RIAs, broker-dealers, and wealth management firms
- Use a consultative approach to uncover pain points related to advisor workflows, data fragmentation, compliance, reporting, and firm growth
- Partner closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to refine messaging and target ideal customer profiles
- Track outreach activity, pipeline progress, and results in CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Serve as an ambassador for Advisor360°, representing our mission, values, and innovation in every interaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (SaaS, FinTech, or AI experience preferred)
- Strong interest in AI, emerging technology, and how it can transform advisor and client experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly articulate value
- A highly motivated, self-starter mindset with a desire to exceed goals in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort handling objections and engaging senior-level stakeholders
- Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms is a plus
