About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of Sales Engineers
  • Collaborate with the Head of Solutions to develop and implement process frameworks
  • Drive the strategy and implementation of technology enhancements, tools, and training
  • Oversee collaboration with Account Executives to lead discovery conversations and identify client needs
  • Ensure high-impact, customized product demonstrations to various audiences
  • Provide senior oversight for translating complex client requirements into solution configurations
  • Act as a senior liaison with Product, Engineering, and Client Solutions teams
  • Direct contribution to high-quality Request for Proposal (RFP) responses and solution documentation
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on the platform's capabilities
  • Maintain understanding of competitive landscape, industry trends, and client workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years in enterprise consulting, solution architecture, or pre-sales engineering, preferably in a SaaS or tech-enabled services environment
  • 3+ years managing, mentoring, and leading technical pre-sales teams
  • Deep understanding of business processes, operations, and workflow optimization
  • Proven ability to oversee and guide the design of data models and integrations (APIs, ETL processes)
  • Demonstrated skill in overseeing the writing of clear business and technical requirements
  • Hands-on experience with configuring, testing, and iterating SaaS solutions
  • Strong enterprise sales presence
