About the role
- Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with international affiliate partners
- Combine sales with data, analysing ROI, conversion rates, and margins to guide performance decisions
- Identify trends, test new campaigns, and use performance data to maximise profitability
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Pricing, Commercial Control, and Tech to optimise results
- Take ownership of your portfolio by monitoring numbers, identifying opportunities, and scaling what works
- Stay ahead of market trends, tools, and data technologies shaping performance marketing
- Represent Advidi at international industry events and conferences
Requirements
- A strong communicator who can build trust, negotiate, and create win-win partnerships
- Analytical by nature and comfortable interpreting numbers, patterns, and performance metrics
- Curious and proactive, always eager to understand the “why” behind results and improve them
- Commercially minded with an eye for both detail and opportunity
- Results-driven and motivated by performance goals
- Comfortable using Excel or dashboards to analyse and present data
- A team player who values collaboration but can also work independently
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, and currently residing in the Netherlands
