About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to maximize efficiency (ROI / ROAS)
Support and execute multi-channel performance campaigns while contributing to strategic planning and continuous optimization
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on KPIs and client feedback
Prepare monthly and ad-hoc performance reports using Google Analytics and other analytics platforms
Communicate directly with clients to gather feedback and adjust strategies accordingly
Collaborate closely with Account and Creative teams to deliver integrated campaign results

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–6 years of experience in a performance marketing role
Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Client-focused approach
Google / Meta / Analytics certifications are considered a strong advantage
