Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and evidence-based practices
  • Deliver direct therapy services and modify interventions based on patient response and progress
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support carryover of skills and long-term success
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
  • Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress reports, and discharge summaries
  • Help individuals reclaim their ability to communicate and swallow safely and effectively

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs are welcome with strong mentorship offered
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • A patient-first mindset and a heart for making meaningful change
