About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Collect and record patient history and progress notes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate of a physical therapy curriculum accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) or the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy (CAPT).
  • Hold a valid State Physical Therapy License.
