About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you’ll play a key role in helping patients reclaim independence, function, and quality of life.
- Carry out personalized therapy plans in collaboration with OTs and interdisciplinary teams
- Promote functional mobility, adaptive techniques, and daily living skills
- Foster engagement, motivation, and a positive experience for every patient
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to measurable outcomes
- Communicate progress and partner with families and caregivers for lasting results
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (AOTA/ACOTE standards)
- Licensed or license-eligible in the state of practice
