Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on physical therapy to improve strength, mobility, balance, and independence
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab teams including PTAs, OTs, and SLPs
Document patient progress and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards
Provide flexible therapy coverage and support across multiple facilities as needed

Requirements
