About the role
- Lead and inspire high-performing Sales and Marketing teams across multiple service lines.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy including organic growth, joint ventures, preferred provider relationships, and M&A opportunities.
- Establish KPIs, systems, and processes to optimize sales performance and accountability.
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to drive financial, operational, and cultural success.
- Build trusted relationships with referral sources, providers, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, integrity, and excellence while advancing the company’s mission to provide outstanding patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Extensive experience in post-acute healthcare (home health, hospice, rehab, or similar).
- Proven success as a VP of Sales/Business Development, ideally in a PE-backed healthcare setting.
- Strong background in strategic planning, growth execution, M&A, and referral development.
- Data-driven, analytical mindset with experience implementing KPIs and scalable systems.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ).
- Willingness to travel 50–70% to build and maintain relationships across multiple regions.
