About the role

  • Lead and inspire high-performing Sales and Marketing teams across multiple service lines.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy including organic growth, joint ventures, preferred provider relationships, and M&A opportunities.
  • Establish KPIs, systems, and processes to optimize sales performance and accountability.
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to drive financial, operational, and cultural success.
  • Build trusted relationships with referral sources, providers, partners, and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Extensive experience in post-acute healthcare (home health, hospice, rehab, or similar).
  • Proven success as a VP of Sales/Business Development, ideally in a PE-backed healthcare setting.
  • Strong background in strategic planning, growth execution, M&A, and referral development.
  • Data-driven, analytical mindset with experience implementing KPIs and scalable systems.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ).
  • Willingness to travel 50–70% to build and maintain relationships across multiple regions.
