About the role
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients as prescribed by the physician.
- Aid in the development of adoptive skills and performance capacities by individuals of all ages who have physical disabilities and related psychological or cognitive impairment.
- Maximize independence and prevent further disability, as well as maintain health.
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and ensure quality and safe delivery of rehabilitation services.
- Ensure that occupational therapy services are provided in accordance with Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations to support the Agency's mission.
Requirements
- You must be licensed or eligible for licensure by the State Board of Occupational Therapy in the state in which practicing
