About the role
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and mobility
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and patient goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries
- Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals, patients, and families regarding treatment plans, progress, and discharge recommendations
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
Requirements
- Graduate of a physical therapy curriculum accredited by either the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) or Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy (CAPT)
- Hold a valid State Physical Therapy License
