About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Regional sales of complex B2B software solutions
  • Develop a successful sales strategy for the Southern region (Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg)
  • Establish and expand trusted, long-term customer relationships within the sales territory
  • Acquire new system partners and prospective customers
  • Contribute to product development based on market structure and customer feedback
  • Represent the company at regional trade fairs and events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in B2B sales of complex software solutions and/or IT application consulting
  • Industry knowledge in security technology and building automation
  • Confident presence, strong negotiation skills and proven ability to win new business
  • Strong customer orientation, enthusiasm for product presentations, and attentive, thoughtful communication
  • Independent working style and openness to new approaches
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Preferably based in Bavaria (or Baden-Württemberg) with willingness to travel regionally
