About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Performing, coordinating, and managing fieldwork operations.
Analyzing diverse field data (including GPR, FWD, and distress surveys).
Developing pavement design recommendations using methodologies such as the 1993 AASHTO Pavement Design Guide.
Assisting in or leading the preparation of technical project reports.

Requirements

What you’ll need

B.S.C.E. degree or higher
Proficiency in technical writing and verbal communication
Proficiency with the MS Office suite
A proactive attitude and ability to "hit the ground running."
Familiarity and working knowledge with AID’s advanced technologies are highly desirable.
10 years of progressive experience in the pavement engineering consulting industry (for Senior-Level roles)
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (for Senior-Level roles)
In-depth knowledge of pavement engineering principles and design methodologies (for Senior-Level roles)
Proven experience in project management, proposal preparation, and staff supervision (for Senior-Level roles)
