About the role
- Analyze foreign exchange transactions that have already been executed and/or settled and require any type of modification or cancellation;
- Prepare SWIFT or CCME messages for amendments and/or re-sending payments abroad;
- Contact banks in Brazil and/or abroad to resolve outstanding foreign currency payment issues;
- Monitor the status of payment orders via SWIFT gpi;
- Track CRM requests related to contract adjustments and/or SWIFT messages;
- Record payment orders received from abroad;
- Provide support to internal stakeholders to clarify questions related to foreign exchange operations and/or SWIFT;
- Perform foreign currency reconciliations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Business Administration with an emphasis in Foreign Trade;
- ABT1 certification;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office suite);
- Basic knowledge of foreign exchange and tax legislation applicable to FX operations;
- Basic understanding of documentation supporting FX operations (D.I., DUE, invoices, contracts, etc.);
