About the role
- Support IT managers in all phases of strategic and operational initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring and control.
- Assist IT managers with detailed requirements gathering, scope definition, schedule planning, resource allocation and budgeting.
- Proactively identify risks and issues, proposing preventive and corrective actions.
- Supervise and regularly report project progress, evaluating performance against established indicators.
- Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager to ensure initiatives are aligned with established strategic criteria.
- Support the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile practices such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Serve as the primary communication focal point between IT managers, project teams and business areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and/or Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, PMI-ACP).
- Previous experience managing complex projects in financial or services environments.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Artia).
- Analytical ability to interpret performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proactivity and autonomy in problem solving.
- Clear and assertive communication.
- Ability to influence and mediate negotiations.
- Strategic mindset with attention to operational details.
