About the role
- Work under the supervision of the Communications Officer
- Develop Adoc Talent Management’s employer brand and visibility
- Contribute to the company’s communication strategy
- Manage social media channels and build audience engagement
- Oversee the editorial calendar and create content
- Moderate posts and analyze performance metrics
Requirements
- Degree in communications (equivalent to Bac +4 to Bac +5) or a relevant field
- Strong knowledge of social networks (LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Proficiency with Canva
- Excellent spelling and a strong interest in writing
- Proficiency in written English
- Previous work experience and/or familiarity with the research sector (a plus)
- Detail-oriented, creative and curious
- Ability to synthesize information and adapt
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
