About the role

  • In your role as Marketing Manager you will take operational overall responsibility for our marketing.
  • You will plan and manage campaigns, develop compelling content, and systematically expand our market presence.
  • You will work closely with Sales, Product and Development and bring clarity to priorities, processes and messaging.
  • This ensures that our communication is consistent, relevant and effective in the market.
  • Campaign management — planning, execution and optimization of B2B campaigns with a clear focus on qualified lead generation, including messaging, channel management, budget ownership and performance analysis.
  • Responsibility for messaging, structure and the ongoing development of our website, including independent optimization of key landing pages.
  • Development of relevant marketing assets such as case studies, website content and webinar formats — including occasional customer interviews.
  • Planning and execution of partner initiatives as well as digital and in-person event formats (e.g., OMR Tool Talk), including promotion, structured follow-up and lead tracking.
  • Definition of KPIs, transparent performance measurement, and the prioritization and planning of our marketing activities.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience independently planning and executing campaigns
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and conducting performance analysis
  • Excellent written communication skills in German and English
  • Proven ability to create structured marketing content (e.g., case studies, website content)
  • Experience with website optimization and conversion-oriented thinking
  • Structured, independent working style with strong prioritization skills
  • Very good, productive use of modern AI tools to increase efficiency and quality
