About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and maintain all Supply Chain SOPs, ensuring they are clear, up-to-date, and consistently applied
Design and implement new processes across sourcing, logistics, and warehouse operations
Drive standardization of workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
Define and implement Supply Chain KPIs aligned with business priorities
Build and manage dashboards tracking performance across logistics, sourcing, inventory, and warehouse operations
Act as the key owner of Cin7 Core for Supply Chain
Partner with the VP Supply Chain to track and manage supply chain costs
Support the development and execution of the inventory management strategy
Coordinate key supply chain projects and initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–6+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or PMO roles
Strong experience working with ERP systems (Cin7 Core is a big plus)
Have built and managed SOPs, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
Are highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
Understand core supply chain functions (sourcing, logistics, inventory, and warehouse)
Are comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Can manage multiple priorities without losing structure or accuracy.
