About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Management and implementation of CRM and xRM customer projects
Analyzing, understanding, and translating business and technical requirements
Planning, coordination, and controlling of ongoing projects
Conducting workshops, presentations, and alignment meetings together with clients and sales
Advising clients on the implementation of their requirements
Managing and prioritizing project tasks in an agile environment
Supporting tendering and proposal processes
Ensuring successful delivery with respect to time, budget, and quality

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in a software or IT environment
Technical affinity and interest in software solutions and digital processes
Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
Experience communicating with diverse stakeholders
Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and empathy
Enjoy taking responsibility and driving projects forward proactively
Fluent German (at least C1) for smooth communication
