Social Media Manager – with Video Expertise

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You plan, produce and publish content for our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok & website) — with a clear focus on B2B and employer branding.
- You independently develop ideas, write copy and adapt content to target audiences — from individual posts to complete content formats.
- You identify trends early, evaluate them and translate them into suitable content for ADITO.
- From B-roll footage and snippets to short-form content and podcast formats: you produce video content from A to Z.
- You are also responsible for the technical implementation — from camera operation and lighting to audio and set.
- Creating thumbnails and visual assets for social media and video formats (e.g., using Canva or Photoshop) is part of your responsibilities.
- Together with our reference manager, you implement larger productions such as testimonial/reference videos or podcasts.
- You actively contribute your own ideas, coordinate closely with the team and continuously develop our channels.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have experience in social media, content creation or marketing.
- You have a good sense for platforms, trends and storytelling.
- You are confident preparing content both in writing and visually.
- You bring experience in video production, including B-roll, editing and post-production.
- Working with DSLRs (digital single-lens reflex cameras) is part of your daily routine.
- You are confident with lighting and audio setups and understand what makes a good production.
- You are proficient with tools such as Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and Canva.
- You are proactive, contribute your own ideas and enjoy shaping things actively.
- You are fluent in German, both spoken and written.
- You are also willing to work on-site in Geisenhausen 2–3 days per week.
