About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implementing customer requirements into tailored, sustainable software solutions
- Developing custom extensions for our CRM and xRM platform
- Analyzing, debugging, and optimizing existing applications
- Developing and maintaining interfaces to external systems
- Supporting technical concepts and evaluating requirements and effort estimates
- Conducting tests and participating in code reviews
- Actively contributing to and further developing existing solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of practical experience in software development after completing your degree or vocational training
- Comfortable working in a full‑stack environment with a solid understanding of frontend, backend, and database topics
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
- Proficient in at least one modern programming language; knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript is a plus
- Familiarity with APIs, interfaces, and system integrations
- Testing, debugging, and structured troubleshooting are part of your regular workflow
- You work in a structured, independent, and solution‑oriented manner
- Initial experience with AI‑assisted development tools is a plus but not required
- You enjoy understanding existing systems, evolving them, and pragmatically solving technical challenges
