About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement customer requirements into tailored, sustainable software solutions
- Develop custom extensions for our CRM and xRM platform
- Analyze, debug and optimize existing applications
- Develop and maintain interfaces to third-party systems
- Evaluate technical requirements and provide realistic estimates of effort and complexity
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high software quality
- Mentor and provide technical support to less-experienced developers
- Actively use and further develop AI-supported development processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience after completing your degree or vocational training
- Confident working in a full-stack environment with a solid understanding of frontend, backend and database topics
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
- Proficient in at least one modern programming language; knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript is an advantage
- Experience working with APIs, interfaces and system integrations as part of day-to-day work
- Testing, debugging and structured error analysis are a natural part of your development process
- You already use AI-assisted development tools productively to support development, testing, analysis or documentation
- You work in a structured, self-reliant and solution-oriented way
- You are comfortable working in existing or mature system landscapes
