About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform telephonic comprehensive medication reviews
Update patient profiles based on information gathered during the review
Discuss any Drug Therapy Problems to optimize patient’s drug therapy
Work with multidisciplinary team to enhance software
Complete at least 2 CMRs per hour
Assist Clinical team in meeting proficiency and quality goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Doctor of Pharmacy degree, or equivalent
Active, unrestricted Pharmacy license
Secure high-speed internet access
HIPAA-secure workspace
Must speak Mandarin or Cantonese
Strong oral and written communication skills
Outstanding telephone skills and etiquette
Excellent clinical and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and show initiative
Working knowledge of Google Docs and Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
