PRN Bilingual MTM Pharmacist – Mandarin/Cantonese Speaking

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform telephonic comprehensive medication reviews
- Update patient profiles based on information gathered during the review
- Discuss any Drug Therapy Problems to optimize patient’s drug therapy
- Work with multidisciplinary team to enhance software
- Complete at least 2 CMRs per hour
- Assist Clinical team in meeting proficiency and quality goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Doctor of Pharmacy degree, or equivalent
- Active, unrestricted Pharmacy license
- Secure high-speed internet access
- HIPAA-secure workspace
- Must speak Mandarin or Cantonese
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding telephone skills and etiquette
- Excellent clinical and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and show initiative
- Working knowledge of Google Docs and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
