About the role
- Contact solar companies that have not yet worked with Adgen.
- Use a provided script and list to present services and propose appointments.
- Make outbound prospecting calls.
- Log calls on the company list.
- Track performance at the end of sessions in a spreadsheet.
- Reschedule canceled appointments.
- Participate in internal training and weekly follow-up videoconferences.
- Access a dashboard to monitor appointment progress.
- Receive one-on-one coaching with an expert in telephone prospecting.
Requirements
- Experience in telephone prospecting (ideally in the renewable energy sector) — entry-level candidates accepted if motivated.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
- Resilience to rejection and the ability to turn objections into opportunities.
