About the role
- Manage administrative routines (accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting and contracts)
- Coordinate activities related to the recording, updating and control of documents
- Collect, clean and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities, cost reductions and process optimizations
- Prepare reports, presentations and key performance indicators (KPIs) for different departments and management levels
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms and monitor contracts
- Organize workflows and maintain up-to-date information databases
- Ensure the correct execution of cross-functional administrative processes.
