About the role

  • Manage administrative routines (accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting and contracts)
  • Coordinate activities related to the recording, updating and control of documents
  • Collect, clean and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities, cost reductions and process optimizations
  • Prepare reports, presentations and key performance indicators (KPIs) for different departments and management levels
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms and monitor contracts
  • Organize workflows and maintain up-to-date information databases
  • Ensure the correct execution of cross-functional administrative processes.
