Serve as a Telecom Consultant (Mid-Level)
Troubleshoot corporate network infrastructure and Level 2/3 incidents
Administer and troubleshoot Meraki, Fortinet, Aruba, and Cisco platforms
Configure and troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls, including policies, NAT, VPN, and inspection
Work with Meraki and Cisco Aironet enterprise wireless environments
Administer Meraki and Aruba switches, including VLANs, STP, and trunking
Identify the root cause of incidents

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience with corporate network infrastructure
Knowledge of Meraki, Fortinet, Aruba, and Cisco platforms, including troubleshooting
Intermediate knowledge of Fortinet firewalls, including policies, NAT, VPN, inspection, and troubleshooting
Experience with enterprise wireless environments, including Meraki and Cisco Aironet
Experience with Meraki and Aruba switches, with proficiency in VLANs, STP, trunking, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, OSPF routing, BGP, and others
Ability to perform Level 2/3 troubleshooting and identify the root cause of incidents
Preferred: CCNA certification or higher
Fortinet NSE 4 certification or higher
Experience with monitoring tools
Knowledge of network automation, including basic scripts and APIs
