About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform postings and record information in the SAP system
- Support the creation, maintenance and tracking of purchase orders
- Work on processes related to the receipt and posting of invoices
- Support routines for posting and controlling CAPEX and OPEX expenses
- Support activities related to the preparation and monitoring of spreadsheets and operational controls
- Provide support to users on routines in the SAP MM and SD modules
- Assist in identifying, analyzing and resolving process inconsistencies
- Perform testing, validations and follow-up on system improvements
- Support documentation of processes, procedures and business requirements
- Act as an interface between user areas and the technology team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with posting routines and administrative processes in SAP
- Experience creating and tracking purchase orders
- Knowledge of invoice receipt and posting processes
- Experience with CAPEX and OPEX postings and controls
- Previous experience as a SAP MM Key User
- Required experience as an MM Key User
- Knowledge of procurement, materials and movement processes in SAP
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP MM and SAP SD
- Good communication skills and ability to work with different areas
- Organized, analytical profile with a willingness to learn
