Define architectures and development standards to ensure scalability and performance
Develop solutions using .NET Core/.NET 6+ and Angular
Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor less experienced developers
Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and other teams
Monitor applications and drive continuous improvements
Participate in strategic decisions and align with stakeholders
Take part in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, review, and retrospective)

Strong experience with .NET development (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET)
Proficiency with the Angular framework and its ecosystem
Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices
Experience with SQL databases (Oracle)
Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Experience with CI/CD and deployment automation
Ability to analyze performance and optimize applications
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Good communication skills and technical leadership ability
Nice to have: experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with DevOps practices and application security
