About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead discovery and define requirements for strategic projects related to Tax Reform
- Create and prioritize the product backlog
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria
- Define test scenarios and support UAT (user acceptance testing)
- Map stakeholders and coordinate the validation process
- Translate business needs into agile team deliveries
- Align strategy with sponsors, clients and partner teams
- Monitor product, process and quality metrics
- Produce periodic reports on progress and results
- Identify issues and improvement opportunities
- Ensure continuous and incremental deliveries
- Define and track product KPIs and OKRs
- Manage the backlog balancing business, technology and operations
- Communicate the product vision to the agile team
- Represent the voice of the customer during development
- Analyze market trends and competitors
- Monitor product lifecycle and evolution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience as a Product Owner
- Experience with ERP Protheus (TOTVS)
- Experience in customer experience and product strategy
- Knowledge of product discovery
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
- User story writing and backlog management
- Experience with metrics (KPIs and OKRs)
- Ability to analyze and prioritize requests
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
