About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Collaborate with product and development teams and stakeholders
Ensure interfaces adhere to design best practices and accessibility standards
Create and maintain design systems and style guides
Define navigation flows and interactions that enhance the user experience
Analyze usage metrics and feedback for continuous improvement
Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in interface and user experience design
Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and similar
Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Ability to analyze UX metrics and iterate based on data
Excellent communication skills and a strong team player
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers
