About the role

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams
  • Act as the interface between Agrária and the external consultancies/suppliers involved
  • Manage scope, risks, dependencies and the test environment
  • Ensure deliverables comply with mandatory IT governance gates and artifacts
  • Report status and indicators to leadership periodically.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SAP projects
  • Understanding of the phases of the 2026 Tax Reform
  • Knowledge of the coexistence between the current tax regime (PIS, COFINS, ICMS, ISS, IPI) and the new taxes running in parallel
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (hybrid or predictive)
  • Experience with scheduling and control tools (MS Project or similar)
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and suppliers simultaneously
  • Experience in cooperatives or agribusiness (advantageous)
  • Track record of projects with strict, non-negotiable regulatory deadlines
  • Experience in projects that required coexistence of regimes or systems in parallel
  • Experience with organizational change management involving business areas
  • Experience in environments with external consultants and internal teams working together.
