About the role

  • Gather, analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements;
  • Understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications;
  • Prepare documents such as requirements specifications, use cases and process flows;
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, development teams and other areas involved;
  • Support the technical team in interpreting requirements and clarifying doubts;
  • Identify risks and impacts of requirement changes during the project lifecycle;
  • Ensure traceability of requirements and their validation with users;
  • Work collaboratively using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
