About the role
- Provide technical leadership to the .NET and Angular development team;
- Define architectures and development standards focused on scalability and performance;
- Develop solutions using .NET Core / .NET 6+ and Angular;
- Conduct code reviews, promote best practices, and support less experienced developers;
- Work closely with Product Owners, Designers, and other teams;
- Monitor applications and drive continuous improvements;
- Participate in strategic decisions and alignments with stakeholders;
- Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, review, and retrospective).
Requirements
- Strong experience in .NET development (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET);
- Proficiency in Angular and its ecosystem;
- Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices;
- Experience with Oracle databases;
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP);
- Experience with CI/CD and deployment automation;
- Skills in performance analysis and application optimization;
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
- Strong communication skills and technical leadership ability.
- Nice to have:
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
- Knowledge of DevOps and application security;
- Experience in large-scale or highly complex projects.
