About the role
- Management and organization of administrative and financial documents
- Maintenance and updating of spreadsheets
- Support in preparing financial reports (indicators/KPIs)
- Support in contract management (registration, extensions, amendments, contract terms)
- Tracking consultant allocations and hours for billing
- Interface with accounting and tax departments
- Operational support and service for clients and consultants
- Support for internal processes related to payments
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency
- Experience with technology consultancies, body shop (staff augmentation), or outsourcing
- Familiarity with allocation terminology and allocation models
- Understanding of commercial and operational metrics (allocation rate, monitoring)
