About the role

  • Management and organization of administrative and financial documents
  • Maintenance and updating of spreadsheets
  • Support in preparing financial reports (indicators/KPIs)
  • Support in contract management (registration, extensions, amendments, contract terms)
  • Tracking consultant allocations and hours for billing
  • Interface with accounting and tax departments
  • Operational support and service for clients and consultants
  • Support for internal processes related to payments

Requirements

  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Experience with technology consultancies, body shop (staff augmentation), or outsourcing
  • Familiarity with allocation terminology and allocation models
  • Understanding of commercial and operational metrics (allocation rate, monitoring)
