About the role
- Develop global SAP S/4HANA training materials – SAP MM module, including: user manuals, quick reference guides, presentations, and e-learning content
- Translate business processes and SAP system changes into clear, concise, end-user–oriented materials
- Collaborate with SAP functional teams, global process owners and key users to align content
- Support Change Management and adoption initiatives, including: impact analysis of changes, user communications, support during UAT (User Acceptance Test), and support for go‑live and post‑implementation
- Adapt training materials for different countries, user profiles, roles and cultural contexts
- Ensure standardization, quality, and continuous updates of training materials
Requirements
- Advanced spoken English
- Solid experience as an SAP MM Consultant
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
- Proven experience creating and delivering SAP training
- Ability to translate technical concepts and complex processes into accessible language
- Experience in global projects or multicultural environments
- Strong communication, teaching (didactic) skills, and organizational abilities
- Experience with UAT, go‑live and adoption support
- Experience with Change Management methodologies
- Experience in SAP global rollout projects
- Familiarity with e-learning tools
