About the role
- Develop global SAP S/4HANA training materials for the SAP PP module, including:
- User manuals
- Quick reference guides
- Presentations
- E-learning content
- Translate business processes and SAP system changes into clear, concise, user-oriented content
- Work in partnership with SAP functional teams, global process owners and key users to align content
- Support Change Management and adoption initiatives, including:
- Impact analysis of changes
- Communication with users
- Support during UAT (User Acceptance Test)
- Support for Go-live and post-implementation activities
- Adapt training materials for different countries, user profiles, roles and cultural contexts
- Ensure standardization, quality and continuous updating of training materials
Requirements
- Advanced English (conversational)
- Strong experience as an SAP PP consultant
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
- Proven experience creating and delivering SAP training
- Ability to translate technical concepts and complex processes into accessible language
- Experience in global projects or multicultural environments
- Good communication, teaching skills and organization
- Experience with UAT, Go-live activities and user adoption support
- Experience with Change Management methodologies
- Experience in SAP global rollout projects
- Familiarity with e-learning tools
